Crescendo SBus CDDI Adapter [Cisco Workgroup]

Crescendo SBus CDDI Adapter provides FDDI over twisted-pair wire, using aunique technology called Copper Distributed Data Interface (CDDI). Whenconnected to a Crescendo CDDI concentrator using copper wire, thissingle-slot SBus card is the most cost-effective means of accessing FDDILANs. The CDDI Adapter is fully compliant with SMT 6.2 and includes anSNMP agent for network management. A number of architectural featuresensure maximum performance by easing internal data flow and minimizingthe overhead imposed on the host processor. For convenient upgrades,firmware can be downloaded, eliminating the need to swap PROM chips.
